The event-type card catalog

Live printing events, indexed by event type.

A press in a hotel lobby behaves nothing like a press at a midnight festival set. Pull the card that matches your event, see exactly how the station runs there, and get a straight answer on cost.

How it runs

Every live printing event follows the same five beats

  1. Pull your card

Match your event type — the format decides the equipment, footprint, and pace.

  2. Lock the art menu

Three to six designs works best. We prep files, sizes, and placements before the day.

  3. We load in

Crew arrives at least an hour early with presses, blanks, tables, and signage. You point at a spot.

  4. Guests watch it print

Pick a design, pick a size, watch the press come down. The reveal is the show.

  5. Merch walks out

Every guest leaves wearing or carrying something made in front of them. Nothing ships later.

What gets printed

Full menu, not just t-shirts

Our core station is live DTF heat pressing — full-color artwork on shirts, hoodies, and totes with no color limits and no drying racks. Around it we run whatever the event calls for: embroidery and monogramming, a trucker hat bar with pressed patches, laser engraving on tumblers and keepsakes, screen printing when the look calls for it, and UV DTF stickers for bottles, jars, and hard goods.

  • Shirts & hoodies — Bella+Canvas 3001, Gildan, premium blanks on request
  • Trucker hats — Richardson 112, Flexfit, with leather or chenille patches
  • Totes, koozies, tumblers, candles, and sticker-ready hard goods
