Card 04 — The set piece

Live printing at brand activations and launches

At an activation, the print station isn't a service in the corner — it's content. Every press cycle is a fifteen-second clip your guests post for you, and every piece that leaves the room is your campaign walking around the city.

Styled into the creative, not next to it

Launch parties, press previews, pop-up shops, and influencer nights all share one requirement: the room has an art direction, and everything in it has to belong. We skin the station to match — table treatments, signage, garment colorways, even the design menu typography. Under event lighting, the press becomes a working set piece rather than rented equipment.

Beyond the t-shirt

Activations are where the full product range earns its place. We've applied full-color UV DTF labels to candles, bottles, and jars at gifting moments; pressed patches onto caps for streetwear drops; and run one-color screen-print showcases where the pull itself was the photo op. If the product being launched can hold a print, we can usually make the print part of the launch.

Guest flow for a vibe, not a queue

Parties hate visible lines. We design activation stations around a claim-ticket flow: guests pick their design and size early, then get pinged when their piece is ready — so the crowd keeps circulating and the pickup moment lands mid-party.

Agencies and brand teams: the photo index shows how stations read under event lighting, and pricing explains the per-event quote structure you can drop into a client budget.
