Home base is Orange County, with crews running Los Angeles, San Diego, and Las Vegas constantly — and travel dates across the country with enough notice. Same rigs, same crew standards, wherever the event is.
Orange County
Home turf. Anaheim conventions to coastal weddings, with the shortest lead times we offer.
Los Angeles
Studio lots, DTLA venues, and the activation capital of the West Coast.
San Diego
Gaslamp galas, waterfront corporate events, and the convention center circuit.
Las Vegas
Trade show country. We run the I-15 regularly for expos, launches, and conference programs.
Nationwide dates
Beyond the four home regions, we take events anywhere in the country with three to four weeks of lead time. The flat $900 travel fee covers the road crew for most single-station events; larger builds get freight quoted alongside the standard rate anchors. Blanks either travel with the rig or ship ahead to your venue — for convention cities we routinely ship to the advance warehouse so nothing rides on airline luggage handling.
The practical difference between a local and a travel date is planning cadence, not quality: same equipment, same operators, one earlier deadline. If your event is outside the map above, the only question that matters is the date — send it over and we'll confirm availability within a day.
